Ingredients:

500 g minced beef

4 mushrooms

2 onions

1 red pepper

1 bunch of parsley

2 eggs

salt

pepper

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables. I used the food processor.
  2. Mix the minced meat and vegetables, add 2 eggs and form the meatballs.
  3. Put the meatballs on baking paper in a tray.
  4. Cook them in the hot oven.

I kept a whole mushroom and filled it with the mixture of minced meat and vegetables.

With the mushroom stuffed with the meatball mixture, I made a delicious burger.

"Incerc sa adopt un stil de viata cat mai sanatos, sa consum in fiecare zi legume, sa inlocuiesc din cand in cand proteinele animale cu cele vegetale si sa consum cat mai putini carbohidrati. Mananc in general disociat si tin fasting hipocaloric atunci cand simt ca pot incepe o cura de slabire."
