Ratatouille. To prepare this delicious dish, use sliced vegetables and then place them in the pan, over a generous layer of mixed tomato and baked peppers.
Ratatouille ingredients:
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
Tomato sauce
Baked peppers
Salt
A little bit of oil
Method:
Turn on the oven to heat while slicing the vegetables.
Slice the eggplant, tomatoes, squash, and zucchini into approximately ¹⁄₁₆-inch (1-mm) rounds, then set aside.
Pour the tomato sauce and the chopped baked peppers into a tray.
Over the tomato sauce, start alternately placing the sliced vegetables on top of each other, as in the picture.
Add salt over the vegetables and spray a little sunflower oil.
Put the tray in the oven and take it out when the vegetables are nicely browned.
If you want a dish for diet, do not use oil (in the image above I did not use oil at all).
Other vegetables can be used, not only those mentioned above, carrots, potatoes, etc.
This dish looks very nice but I honestly tell you that a pot of vegetables is much easier and is just as good. I usually cut the vegetables into dices and put them in the oven in a cast iron pot.

"Incerc sa adopt un stil de viata cat mai sanatos, sa consum in fiecare zi legume, sa inlocuiesc din cand in cand proteinele animale cu cele vegetale si sa consum cat mai putini carbohidrati. Mananc in general disociat si tin fasting hipocaloric atunci cand simt ca pot incepe o cura de slabire."
