Ingredients:
10 sheets of pie
300 g spinach
300 g cottage cheese (instead of feta)
1 dill bunch
4 green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
sesame
- Finely chop the dill and onion, mix with cottage cheese and an egg.
- Scald the spinach for a few minutes in boiling water, then chop it and mix it with the cream cheese.
- Put the first 5 sheets of pie in the tray, spraying very little oil on each, then add cream cheese and greens.
- Place the last 5 sheets of pie on top of the cream, spraying oil on each of them. The last sheet, the one above will be greased with a beaten egg and garnished with sesame seeds.
- Keep in the oven until browned.
